FRP/GRP Tanks:

Storage tanks are made in capacities generally ranging commonly from 50L to 50KL. Higher capacity tanks can also be made as per requirement. Accessories like ladders, railing, Level Indicator, Level switches, other instrumentation etc. can also be provided.

We have our own designing facilities for the complete range of products. We design the FRP, GRP and Thermoplastics Lined Composites process Equipment as per various International Standards

FRP / GRP Fabrication (Hand Lay-up)

Fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP); also known as Glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. FRP item find application in water treatment, sewage treatment, chemicals, refineries, aerospace, automotive, marine, construction and other industries.

FRP / GRP Composition/ Resin type

We offer hand lay-up / contact moulded tanks as well as dual laminated tanks with thermoplastic liner/s such as PP, PVC, etc. A variety of resins such as Orthothalic, Isothalic, Vinyl Ester, Super Vinyl Ester, Bisphenol, etc can be provided as per requirement.

HDPE – SPIRAL Tanks

We offer HDPE Tanks fabricated from spirals, to suit customer requirement. These are required when customer needs Tanks fabricated to suit their specific requirements which cannot be met by standard HDPE tanks. These tanks are used in all industries to store or mix corrosive chemicals.
